Sharpe supports Hillary Clinton for Senate, Kicks his campaign for 21st District in High Gear.


First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, visited with Caribbean-American leaders in Brooklyn, as part her whirlwind tour across the length and breadth New York State. Ms Clinton met and held discussions with the leaders at Brooklyn's popular Farragut Manor.
Ms Clinton is a declared candidate for the U.S. Senate for the State of New York.

" She deserves our support. She has mine. I think that she will make an excellent Senator. From speaking with her I realize that she knows the issues. Hillary listens, " said Wellington Sharpe, also a declared candidate for Brooklyn's 21st Senate District.
Among the VIPs who welcomed Ms. Clinton to Brooklyn's Caribbean-American community were: State Senator John Sampson, Assemblyman Nick Perry, and Assemblywoman Pauline Rhodd-Cummings of Queens.
